Insurance cases is a system that supports over 400+ providers and 30+ internal agents to streamline provider licensing and credentialing. Working as the sole product designer, I transformed a previously fragmented system into a centralized case management system.
High-impact mobile app refreshes aimed at reducing friction, increasing trust, and unlocking value for Mochi Health members.
Working with the core experiences team at Headspace, I envisioned new features that focused on the search for meditations in the app with both a routine-making feature and conversational interface to create a more personalized experience.
Working with the design team, I helped to refactor the design system for Mochi, a startup without a scalable system in place. The work included establishing standards, reusable components, and coding conventions, as well as organizing Figma files.
Prioritizing joy and discovery in a platform for Carnegie Mellon students to find HCI research opportunities that align with their interests, skills, and goals.
