Insurance cases is a system that supports over 400+ providers and 30+ internal agents to streamline provider licensing and credentialing. Working as the sole product designer, I transformed a previously fragmented system into a centralized case management system embedded in the Mochi portal.

Rice with Salt is a revisit to the food, memories, and experiences I had growing up as a first generation Vietnamese-American. It tells of my love for food and my process of becoming. Through photos, interviews with my parents, and recipes, I explore how Vietnamese food has shaped my understanding of myself and questions of class, race and belonging.
